The Seneca Nation provides valuable emergency services for its citizens. The Seneca Nation Department of Emergency Management plans for man-made and natural disasters to save lives and protect property through coordination of an emergency management system. Seneca Nation Marshalls serve as Tribal Peacekeepers and work to uphold the laws of the Seneca Constitution and keep the community safe. Our EMS program provides protection to the residents of Allegany and Cattaraugus Territories (and surrounding communities) with the most technologically advanced and updated equipment possible. Seneca Fire Services include interior and exterior firefighting, wild land fire suppression, vehicle extrication, spill response and Hazmat Level 1.
